What made Petfolk standout was the pricing listed for all their services and an explanation of what to expect. This was our first visit with my senior dog and I was really stressed because he had been in pain. Dr. Snyder and Anna were AMAZING. They treated Manny as if they’d known him forever and gave the best care. We will definitely be back
Exceptional! I called to request a walk in around 9 and was in the exam room by 9:15. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Vet was in 5 minutes later and I am on my way home at 9:45. Awesome veterinary urgent care in a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend!
First appointment at Petfolk went so perfectly, I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I appreciate how I can see all my dog's records on the screen with the tech. The pricing is transparent and discussed at the beginning of the appt so there was no sticker shock at the end. The vet tech also did some preliminary vitals and ran blood work before I saw the vet. Great overall layout of the place you get to be with your dog/pet the entire time. The staff are very friendly and informative. It's a 5/5 all around. Oh and they have high quality treats for your too.
