The absolute worst customer service. The receptionist is the least helpful person I have ever interacted with. Do not go to this place unless it is your very last option.
Great customer service i spoke with Soraya and she was very helpful they delivered my stove next day and it was beautiful

All I see is always non-people of color complaining.I wonder why... I like supporting local shops, especially ran by latinos. They are reliable and have great service. They have affordable prices and great shape appliances. 9/10 would come here.
Stopped in to see what my options were to replace / sell my faulty washer. Man I spoke to, didn't take much of my info beyond name and phone number. Manager was supposed to call back. Never did. Can't recommend if they don't seem interested in helping.
