BEST customer service ever!! Even though I live in Maryland, I still feel as if I had access to the store, and to all the help and technical assistance I needed. :) Kadee rocks!!!!!
Everyone was so helpful, and our floors look great. I was terrified of doing them ourselves, and we did have a few missteps, but the staff were available and helpful and able to set us straight! We went with the rubio monocoat finish and our very old floors look fantastic. While I certainly hope we never, ever have to sand down a whole level of a house ever again (it's a lot of work!), if we ever do, we will be back at Pete's for sure.
Super helpful and flexible and all around good people. Petes offers a unique twist on home improvement that you find only in st.paul. If you want to tackle your own project they offer classes rental and dang near any wood any wood you need!
My wife and I decided to do the entire first floor of our home despite many people warning us not to do it and how hard it was going to be. I will not lie. It was hard work, but so well worth it. We would not have been able to succeed without the help of Kadee and the staff. We had some difficult areas and we were provided with great consulting. Thanks to PHF's for their excellent training and advice.
Nothing but great things to say about Petes. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful people. They took time to help us and answer all our questions. Great customer care. Highly recommend!!!!
Awesome place! I went in on Friday with no idea what I was doing, got an hour of training on the equipment, did three hours of work and my floors look a million times better.
