Above excellent! Great guidance, products and equipment. Round trips to PHF were 240 miles but worth every mile and PHF gave us a call during our project to check on our progress (and cheer us on). Neither of us had previous experience but we DID IT with PHF guidance and are 100% satisfied. We couldn’t wait to return our final equipment and give Kaydee a big Thank You hug for her help!
They have the most comprehensive step by step sanding protocol I have ever seen. I used the tutorial on my 114 year floors and they came out amazing. The step by step was a huge factor. And the website is very good. Thank you all.
