Pete's is the absolute best. I've interacted substantially with both Celeste and Jeremy and both have been incredibly helpful and patient as I've been indecisive about finish (ended up going with Pallman's Magic Oil over the Rubio Monocoat). The advice given is top notch and they are realistic about how much you will be able to get done in a day/weekend (listen to them, they know what's up) instead of just renting out their machines to make money. Their website alone has been so helpful. Im a couple days into redoing floors that havent been finished in over 60 years, covered in carpet for decades and pet urine stains. Petes website is so helpful. I've already saved hundreds of dollars. The guys renting equiptment at my home depot rented me a random orbital for my floors which I later learned is insane. Open a Nashville branch and I'll have a reason to refinish my floors all over again.
Celeste helped me pick the right product for my butcher block countertops in my kitchen. She was beyond knowledgeable. She helped me weigh out the pros and cons of the suggested products to find the perfect fit for me. I am extremely happy with how they turned out!! Pictures are in the comments.
