Thanks for bringing back the 'new' old Pete's, except much, much better. Loving everything, especially the chips. Yum!
I was lucky enough to be invited to try out Petes as it is preparing to re-open under new ownership and I have to say it was delicious!! At our table we had the Big Pete burger, the chicken fajita wrap, the Club sandwich and of course the chips. Everyone REALLY enjoyed their food! Atmosphere was great, too. Kids had a great time in the arcade. Service was great as well. As a long time resident of Lafayette, I am so happy to see Pete's coming back!!
Absolutely horrible food tonight. It took over an hour for our food to come to our table. The chips were burnt and EVERY SINGLE dish was cold and tasted like it had been cooked yesterday. Won't be back.
Not the good old Pete's for sure. I miss the quality of the prior food

Went last night and it was good. But I'm disappointed that they took the little Pete off the menu. Also, they don't have their fried pickles & jalepeno anymore. Why ruin a good thing?!
The remodeling job is nice and the service was friendly and attentive enough. The Big Pete is terrible now and the little Pete isn't even an option anymore. My wife and I both found our burgers to be extremely bland and smashed then burnt to a crisp. If it were my restaurant, not one (let alone 2) of those burgers would have made it out of the kitchen. It is such a shame. We really used to enjoy the old Pete's. We would trade the old interior and menu for the newly remodeled version with the poorly-executed menu any day.
Noooooo CHIPS?!?!?!?!!? I paid for my drink and left! The inside is nice but I'm not going back until they get the chips back!!!!
Just not the same. If that many changes are going to happen - menu, atmosphere, little tv's, and expensive..... Change the name!!! It is NOT the Pete's that we knew and LOVED! There was nothing wrong with Petes the way it was - just needed a good cleaning. Will not be back. Please note that the 5⭐️ rating for this location are BEFORE remodel. Should have a whole new page for the new Pete's to not ruin the wonderful memories we had.
