The lack of respect for their own employees is appalling. If they would listen to the people in the field and stop pushing their pen for one second they may have a better outcome. Also at 2.5-5 million a year revenue you think they could pay their employees more. Even having a direct line to someone with answers and not waiting 2 weeks for a return call. Business Owners: Beware of this property maintenance business! As a former client, I can say that their cleaning work is fair but not outstanding by any means. The problem with Peterson's Property Maintenance is the total lack of professionalism, and respect for their clients. After completion of a job they had done for me, I came to find several of their invoices laying in my parking lot. I hired there services to clean my carpets and my sofa. The person sent was very friendly, and they did an excellent job!! I think they are reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend them for getting your carpets cleaned.
Poor job. I choose Peterson's to clean my carpets because I found a coupon with good discounts. They arrived on time the guy was friendly, but my carpets look awful. I could never recommend them to clean a carpet for anyone. It seemed as if the guy was in such a rush that he half did the job.
