This may sound cliché, but I don't shop anywhere else. If I need a vehicle, I wait for the right one to arrive on their lot. Their website is quick and easy to navigate (not clunky like other sites) and shows me the Carfaxes without any dumb pop-ups asking me if I need assistance. Sales staff is the opposite of pushy and always have the customer in mind. they Are accommodating the let me choose from different bunches of cars and were very detailed about each one and if anything was wrong with them. And they make it super easy to get a car I went in for 2 and a 1/2 hours without a car and came out with a really nice Nissan altima.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST USED CAR DEALERSHIP IN ALL OF SALT LAKE VALLEY!! :) after a week of having to deal with insurance companies and rental car companies after my car got totalled, i felt so relieved to have recieved such excellent customer service as well as purchasing my 2nd car from here. Especially since both cars have been so reliable they might as well be brand new! :))
