Peter (the guy with the snappy bowties) is one of the smartest, techno-savvy and affordable computer repair people in the Puget Sound area. He's been responsible for repairing, upgrading and adding special services to my PC computer for several years. He is concientious about his work and can find solutions to even the thorniest problems. I highly recommend him.
Peter did an amazing job on my machine...he swapped out a broken screen with a working screen from a matching computer. What a precious human being. A+++++ all the way!!!!!!!!!!
Peter was extremely knowledgeable and professional from start to finish ! He did a great job fixing my computer as well as easily explaining how he was fixing it. I was worried my PC might be toast , but he had it up and running in no time ! I certainly would not hesitate to use him again in the future and will be telling everyone with tech issues to give him a call ! In this day and age it’s always good to meet someone as nice and helpful as he was.
TLDR: Peter knows his stuff and don't waste your time with anyone else!!! 10/10!!! Had an issue with a custom PC build. I troubleshooted until I was blue in the face and decided to give Peter a call. He came to my apartment and was more than excellent with his service. He explained step by step as we walked through various troubleshooting processes.
