Incredibly unresponsive. Last winter went without heat or hot water for almost two weeks, took days to even have it checked out. I've had the same, gradually expanding leak in my bedroom ceiling for literally 2 and half years. Put in an urgent maintenance request about electricity being out, hot water being out, basic livability elements, and it can take days to hear back. Doesn’t respond to maintenance request in a timely manner, if they respond at all. I would say they have horrible customer service but that wouldn’t do the situation justice they just don’t care. If I could give them zero stars I would. They just collect a check with zero work.
