Customer service is horrible. I had Jerry come out to do a quote and he gave me a price. I haven’t heard back from the guy after calling several times, voicemail is full, and no call back. We called the office twice and their response was “oh we will give him a call and call you back”. Never heard back from anybody. Got in contact with another company and told them about the situation and come to find out they had the same issue with Jerry. RecommendedTwo years ago I purchased some vinyl plank flooring from Jodene for a house I have been remodeling. When I got close to finishing the job recently I realized I wanted to finish out the rest of the floors in the same product. As luck would have it, that stock number has been closed out. I have to say this company knew what they were doing when they hired Mike. I had some nine year old paint that I needed more of, and Mike worked, and worked, and worked some more until he matched it perfectly. He NAILED IT! great customer service, and a very mature, educated employee. thanks again Mike for all you did.
Peter's Flooring was excellent for our window blinds. They brought out great samples, stayed in our budget, and installed quickly. I highly recommend. Great communication and service!
These folks have become my "Go To" folks. Carpentry, pressure washing, paint, paint crews, color matching, electricians and HEPA services. Johann was my General Contractor and he brought all the teams together to get my restoration project completed on time and on budget with camaraderie amongst all his subs. These are some of the nicest and friendliest folks ever. Shopping for whole house flooring is scary, and they spent a lot of time with me, showing me different flooring and different looks. I can't say enough about their customer service, as well as their flooring selection. And their prices are good, too. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
Their customer service is outstanding. We had window treatments done last summer. Johann’s knowledge and design flair led me in a direction that I wasn’t thinking of and I absolutely LOVE IT. I would definitely recommend peter’s flooring; don’t let the name fool you they do so much more than flooring.
