They write service as walk in clinic & psychiatrist but it’s inappropriate. it’s virtual walk in clinic. They need to update that to showcase the honesty and transparency and which is must required in medical industry.
My uncle noticed a bite/redness on one of his toes while at the cottage and attempted to walk into this clinic this morning. He was rudely told by the reception that this was a clean clinic and was told to go to the hospital. They would not say what clean clinic meant, if they only did limited specialized appointments or if it was somehow related to cleanliness. Used the walk in clinic here and thought my experience warranted a review. I was on day 5 of what I suspected was strep throat and really needed a prescription. Got here at 8:40 on a Monday for 9am open, and I was second in line waiting outside. Got in and was put on the list, heads up they only let the first 3-4 people stay, and send the rest away to wait for a call back. I waited for about 30-40min for the first patient to finish.
