This place is amazing. The doctors and nurses are awesome. The energy amongst the staff is very positive regardless what the condition of the patients they are serving. It's like heaven for sick people here. Keep in mind, PRHC is a regional hospital serving a huge area. Wait times will vary, which drives me nuts listening to people complaining about slow service. For those types: maybe you'd like them to send you home with a suture kit and some bandages to sew your self up with? (Etcetera) There are several specialist wings ... read more

As a dialysis patient three times per week I can honestly say this is an amazing hospital. From the volunteers to staff doctors and nurses. Outstanding! Peterborough city is very fortunate.

Monday, July 14, 2025 My grandson Ayzaan (my son's son) was born today at Peterborough Regional Health Center in Peterborough, Ontario. I'm from the Greater Toronto Area. I liked the facility. it was not bad at all. I liked it. It is clean and tidy.

I went to PRHC with significant abdominal pain- the whole experience was wonderful. I was treated in a timely fashion, the nurses and Doctors and support staff were exceptional, efficient and kind and answered all my questions. I had a procedure later in the day to remove a kidney stone and feel pain free for the first time in weeks. Thank you for doing what you do!

To the lady in the PRHC billing department, you were unbelievably rude. Stop getting upset and talking over people and let them explain their situation. Thanks
