I went in for day surgery on Sept 17/25 and just want to thank everyone at PRHC, that made the experience as comfortable as it could be. It was seamless from the initial registration to all the staff and nurses that guided me thru, to the anesthesiologist, to my doctor and then the after care, everyone was wonderful. Thank You!!!

Rude, incompetent, and worst of all - entitled behaviour. While people wait for 6+ hours, the nurse team is giggling and gossiping out loud about patients health issues, filming themselves dancing, and then rudely scolding patients. Was discharged from the hospital by an ignorant doctor (Dr.Jefferey) who I could see googling my symptoms as he clearly had no idea what was going on.
