This is the 3rd time I've been here in the last 3 months for the same issue. Will definitely not be coming back to this shop. This time it took them 1.5 days to diagnose a filter replacement. Seems like all they care about is getting their labor rates at the maximum time they can get. ($181 per hour btw) I went in there to see if anyone was working on it. Parts department could use some help on customer service. If im going to spend hundreds of dollars at your facility, customer service could be better. But the lady at the reception desk is awesome. Maybe she can teach Parts department about customer service. Im in that area alot and need Parts but I'll wait for the other peterbilt store in cornhusker to open.
