The experience here felt noticeably different from what I’ve had at other Peterbilt dealerships. Most places I’ve been to, there’s a real sense of urgency to get you back on the road and a level of appreciation for what you do as a truck driver. You’re treated with respect and professionalism, no matter what. Here, it didn’t quite feel that way. It seemed less about helping a driver and more about who the driver was.
