The parts department never answers the phone and when they do they hang up right away. When the do answer they always screw up and give the wrong part. Worst place ever!

This place is absolute garbage. I brought my truck in for an overhead (valve adjustment), and for them to look at my batteries. Where to begin...Firstly, I dropped my truck off on Monday, and didn't get it back until Thursday. An overhead and battery testing shouldn't have taken nearly that long. When I paid, I read the description for the overhead, and it said it took longer than usual because the technician was training an intern. You mean to tell me I paid for a training opportunity?!
