I give 5 stars due to Dr Lopez being so polite, informative and treating my teen son with respect. Wonderful Dr. I cannot give that same rating to some of the staff and assistants. The woman that removed my son’s bandages was rude and verged on being a bully and the assistant in the drs office was similar. The receptionist was very professional but other staff members were loud and carried on conversation like they were somewhere else besides in a professional environment. 2 stars to the overall professional quality.
He was nice quick to the point which I like. Doing hand surgery and he came recommended soooo I’ll definitely be back.
