I purchased some pants off the website with the knowledge that they could be exchanged if the wrong size, and after being a bit tight i rang up the store to ask if it was ok to exchange them for a different size. I was told that it was ok to bring them in, and after an hour and a half trip from up north i was told "sorry we dont stock this brand in the store so we cant accept them." Got my Triumph Street Twin serviced by the lads today. As usual they did a good job and it was completed promptly. The icing on the cake though was when I came to pick up the bike I'd forgotten my helmet so they loaded my bike in the van and drove me and the bike home at no extra cost. Great work lads, keep it up!
