Absolute waste of time. You will most likely loose any traffic dispute to corresponding county which will be brought to you as a win with nice communication and bla-bla-blah. Simplest case will be presented as a chance of lifetime driving ban and that you only pay a *original* fine is a win. This is clear "legalized" fraud as you cannot argue with that unless you want some real justice. Total joke of attorney
Similar experience to others. I reached out and a week later, they said ask metlaw for another recommendation. Wasted a week and energy for sending all that info, if you're not open to taking a case, be upfront. its very unprofessional. Wont even talk on the phone. everything needs to be in email. dont understand tha people go to a lawyer when they are confused and need to talk to a person not a computer. charge the money as you please. just dont jerk people around when they are trying find help.
I reached out to this office to get legal advice on a rental contract, through my insurance plan with MetLife. Because I wasn't bringing a concrete case against my landlord, and probably because I was insured through MetLife, they were very disinterested in helping me. Their emails were never longer than two sentences, and after five emails, they decided to completely drop me as a client, stating "You do not have a case. You have what if questions.
