Dr. Thomas's administrative and medical staff are very professional and friendly, just like he is. The whole office is very efficient and easy to work with. Dr. Thomas is also very knowledgeable, to the point physician that balances openness with affable "bedside" manner.
The staff was awesome and Vernell at the reception was so nice and helpful and caring. She was sympathetic to my pain and went over and above to help. Dr. Peter Thomas was wonderful and very approachable and humble. So hard to find in a Doctor these days. I had surgery and again everyone at the surgery center was nice, friendly and professional. A friendly and warm surgeon which is unusual. Took the time to explain his diagnosis and treatment protocol.
He is a very friendly Doctor, who answered all my questions.
Before your appointment with Dr. Thomas you can do the forms/ paperwork online ——it was a big help. The day of the appointment I just check in and I was ready to go. Waiting time was reasonable (about 15 mins.) Everybody was very professional an friendly. Dr. Thomas explain to me what was wrong with my wrist very clearly and also told me my treatment options.
