Pete is a great realtor! I have worked with him three times. In 2019 I bought a condo in DC and he was very helpful. Recently he helped me sell a different property in Arlington which sold super quick! Finally, we just settled on a new home with his help. Pete was very patient as we went back and forth with what we were looking for. He was able to negotiate a great deal for us on the home. With Pete you will get a very laid back and knowledgeable realtor that knows all of the DC area.
