Trying to get my daughter in for ndis assessment. Called three times to see if they can do it, but no return call. Very unprofessional secretary.
I had issues getting my rebate after a consultation in early March. Connection issues & the payment couldn’t go through on the day. He gave me a digital receipt which I submitted to Medicare & was rejected (saying it’s already been paid). Tried calling several times through to April and early May, the assistants picked up and said he would contact me as soon as possible but never did. Helpfulness aside I think if there’s any issues with payments he should still get back to his clients cause the consultations are not cheap.
Easy to talk with, is knowledgeable and works well with his consumers.
He's really helped me go through my grief and come up with practical ways to power through those hard times.
