Lynette, we are sorry you feel this way. Bailey wasn't coming up in our system. If you have a different last name in our computer it shows you haven't been in since March 5. You received a full color, highlight cut and glaze. The prices are all al la carte. If for any reason you were not satisfied at that time, we would have made it right in any way possible.
