He made me feel mortified and humiliated. He couldn't see anything so asked if I wanted a boot...for what? He didn't explain, and it didn't make sense to me, as my injury was more pedicure related. Prior to this appointment, I went to a clinic was put on an antibiotic for infection, and orders submitted to see a podiatrist as "urgent!" He didn't investigate other possible reasons for pain and looked at me as if asking, "What do you want me to do?"
