Horrible experience; I'm so glad that I got a free coupon to this place because I would not have wanted to pay for what I got. I went to get my long hair cut short (to clarify I'm pre op transexual, so I look very tomboyish) and was immediately met with a judgemental look and a 'Are you sure?' from the stylist serving me after I showed her an image of the style I wanted.
