Never have I felt so disrespected by a company or person. This organization decided to cut trees on top of cars that were in the street because they did not go through the proper process of getting things done. They underestimated how much time the street was going to take and rather than do the right thing and make sure cars were cleared and put up the proper signs, they decided to put moving blankets on top of cars and cut tree branches from 30 feet above. Wow is all i can say- These guys really don’t give a crap about anything. They fall behind on tree trimming in Brooklyn so they they decide to continue on days after posted signs for no parking had expired. Tree branches falling on top of cars left and right. Damaging most of them. But oh, they covered some with moving blankets like that will stop the damage of tree branches falling for 40 feet up. We have used this company twice in the last year. First was our house, Hector and his crew removed a large tree that Mother Nature relocated to our neighbors shed. Second was this past week the same crew came to my mother in law’s house to trim branches from a huge tree in her front yard. Hector, and his crew were professional, polite and respectful of our yard and the surrounding neighbors. They went above and beyond. Thank you!!

Our neighbor behind us had a tree removed in their yard. The crew dropped a gigantic branch into my yard. They broke a piece of the fence surrounding my pool, ripped my solar cover for the pool and popped three pool floats. When I started yelling at the workers they told me I should be happy that I won’t have these leaves in my yard in the fall. I called the owner and he seemed sympathetic to the problem, said he would send the photos to his insurance company and fix all the damage. That was a few months ago and I haven’t he... read more
