RecommendedI cannot overstate this Boston hospital. My care team was 2nd to none. From the pre-op staff, surgical unit and post op. Then the nurses on the 16th floor of the Shapiro unit. my care team was awesome!

I called to check on my niece this evening. I live on the Cape and a shut in. They told me to talk to her dad. I had her father put me on the list so I could call and check on her and possibly leave her little messages. She must be so afraid being hurt and in boston with no one she knows. I tried to leave my number just in case she could make a call. She doesn't have her cellphone, so she can't remember it, especially in her condition. I am very disappointed and surprised that patient families are treated so poorly!!
