I have extensive medical problems. I was in the ER last week and they lost my clothes! I spoke with patient relations who were less than helpful. They don't reimburse for the clothes!! Because of my medical problems I am unable to work and therefore money is VERY tight. Not only that but even WORSE they added a DNR to my files (do not resuscitate) and said it was confirmed by my daughter. Never happened...it was a MISTAKE!! A HUGE ONE that could have resulted in my death!!
Awesome place if your looking for outstanding care. Pleasant atmosphere and staff is above and beyond to make your visit that of a pleasant one even with a smile.
Over all great the food in the cafe service was great and the only thing was in icu pretty warm there
