Great hospital. Added two new state of the art buildings.
Great hospital and great care, wouldn't go anywhere else for surgery
Tough experience for me as the blockage was thick and had reached almost 99% according to Dr. Pinjab Shah, the Chief of the Catheterization Lab at BWH who performed the procedure with his staff. That was up from the original 90% when a similar procedure was attempted at Boston Medical Center two weeks earlier and was unsuccessful. The procedure which normally takes 1-1 1/2 hours took almost 4 hours for Dr. Shah's staff to complete. They were successful in the procedure and I was able to leave BWH the next day and return home... read more
Received heart transplant in 2006 have follow up appointments twice a year staff and dr's are the best I wouldn't go anywhere else
