I very bad experience. I got there no one asked me if I needed from the front desk ...security Pl since I was hopping on 1 leg finnaly inside a guy got one for me .I'm in tears of the pain thr nurse literally left me outside the door to regester me . I had to PUSH MYSELF inside ...in the waiting area there was 4 ppl only .1 was waiting 3 hrs As I keep looking around the security station didn't even bother to ask or walk around no questions answer . I called Brigham and Womens new patient endocrinology line today because I received a call saying that my first appointment I set up for today had to be cancelled and rescheduled. The woman who answered was incredibly rude, everything I said was met with silence and then a harsh, impatient tone.
