Fuck this place. I drove 2 1/2 hours to be with my fiancé to be not allowed to sleep. In a public space I was not allowed to fall asleep or security would wake me up. I tried sleeping in the car due to a snowstorm and I got removed from my car. I now have to drive today being a new driver, in a snowstorm, exhausted because they care more about whether someone’s sleeping in their hospital compared to the safety of others. Can't thank Dr. Bleday, his entire staff, the anesthesiology team, and all of my nurses enough for their 5-star care. My in-hospital stay was on 15A. My nurses were phenomenal, particularly Heather, who went above and beyond. I will be loyal to the Brigham for life!
If you value your life and level of care, seek medical care else where. The treatment that my wife is receiving at this hospital after undergoing surgery, boggles my mind. They've reopen her sutures twice now because of complications that she's having because of their poor hospital room conditions. They had her in a room right after her surgery with no dressing to protect her recently opened area, with a patient who is so sick that's this patient urinating on the floor which my wife accidentally stepped in mind you this is a... read more
I Just want to express my gratitude and praise Brigham and Women’s hospital. I did not have an easy birth as it lasted 3 full days and resulted in a c-section. I liked my doctor from the start when we met 9 months ago. But it was all the nurses (and one anesthesiologist) that truly touched my heart.
