My brother had to go to the ER. He got a bandaid, a tetanus shot, and some antibiotics. bandaid 2$, tetanus shot 85$, antibiotics 20$. The doctor that looked at his thumb for 5 minutes: 460$. The actual visit to the ER: 2000$ How is this something that is ok? He lives out of state, can't get insurance through work, isn't eligible for the ACA because it's not open enrollment, and now he's going to be financially crippled for months. Is this really how you guys run your business because I thought you were better than that.
