Good hospital, but not without issues. The kitchen supplying food to the patients is very slow. As a minimum, one hour wait from the time food is ordered, to when its delivered to the room. That's assuming its delivered to the right place. On one occasion, the food was left on a counter outside the patients room. After a two hour wait, it was discovered and a reorder was submitted. For a hospital that stresses cleanliness, most of the hot water faucets are turned off in the rest rooms and other locations. Cold water does not... read more

To All the nurses and staff on the 8th floor tower, Thank you ALL So very much for taking such wonderful care of my son 5 years ago today!!! He was in a house fire in NH and Med Flighted to Brigham’s!! You can imagine the state we were all in when we arrived. The emergency crew helped us out and took great care of my son until they got him to ICU!!! From there, the care he got was just amazing!!! Thank you All for the care, comforting and Healing!!!
