I had a fantastic experience with Emily recently at this store. She was so sweet and actually listened to me and what I was after. She wasn’t overly pushy with a sale and just gave such a good experience in store. Good old fashioned customer service.
Customer service was non existent and staff were rude when asked for assistance. Talked amongst themselves even when the store was busy and people were needing help. Overall the actual store layout and stock variety was nice but that’s it.
Love the PA pyjamas, really friendly staff at Werribee. Olivia was really helpful with helping me choose a gift for my daughter. Great store and well set out, easy to find products.
There's a bunch of stuff, especially if you need a Mother's Day gift or something for a relative's birthday, and the customer service was awesome.
The worker said there was 1 stock of the teddy bear bag but when I asked to hold for 2 hours they said no.(but every shop hold for you accept for this one)1 Star.
