There's a bunch of stuff, especially if you need a Mother's Day gift or something for a relative's birthday, and the customer service was awesome.
The worker said there was 1 stock of the teddy bear bag but when I asked to hold for 2 hours they said no.(but every shop hold for you accept for this one)1 Star.
very weird experience at this store. mixed reviews about this lady “sue” she was awful and rude yesterday while being asked a simple question. was met with rudeness! your making Peter Alexander look bad cause all I’ve ever known are cheerful gals in that store
We have been served at the counter by a staff member called Sue ( as per receipt), who is very rude, unprofessional and has an aggressive attitude which is quite disappointing because most of other Peter Alexander stores in Melbourne have got awesome and friendly customer service.
Appalled at the customer received by the older lady serving me today, asked for a total as all items I picked up were found in different places of the store essentially there were also marked down to 89$ and 69$ when met at the counter and ask for a total the staff remember huffed at me as if I inconvenienced her for asking a basic question. Essentially the total came to 100$ which was much lower than what it was marked as. Which is another reason why a customer would ask how are we to KNOW? Honestly was the worst experience... read more
