I had a wonderful experienced on my first visit. The staff and Dr were extremely kind, warm and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Adams Family Dentistry.
Rude and snobby I f you have certain type insurance. I do not like dentist that look down on others if they have free or cheaper insurance. I am a full time college student working to get my nursing degree with 10 hour clinical so I do not have time to work and I don’t appreciate being looked down on.
This office denied my husband his insurance covered cleanings for years, advising he had "per-periodontal disease" and needed to pay for deep scaling. They would never let him schedule a regular cleaning. After a year at a new dentist, there are ZERO signs of periodontal disease, and our new dentist has praised his dental health and even indicated that this was not only unethical but could have potentially been causing my husband harm.
After 4 years of no missed appointments, I regretfully missed one. My fault totally because I had the wrong gate down. But I was told by the front desk I would be charged 50.00 to reschedule for my teeth to be cleaned. I think that’s a little much for the first time in four years. Needless to say me my husband and two kids will find a new dentist that at least allows you one curtesy. Overall the is great. But dealing with the front desk isn’t.
