I have written this so many times in my head. Dr Walt’s presence during a very scarey and unsure time in my life immediately instilled confidence in me. Dr. Waltz is a gifted surgeon who very successfully corrected my problem. He is very attentive to my situation and takes the time to address my questions on follow-up. He is very skilled in his field and I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Walts was very kind, compassionate and explained everything in layman's terms. He told me everything I needed to know about my diagnosis, and told me all the options available. I truly felt that he really cared. I look forward to seeing him again to discuss our final decision about my health care needs. He is absolutely great! I had had a heart attack and stent placement earlier but also needed follow-up by-pass surgery for a couple other arteries. I was referred to Dr Walts. Dr Walts explained the surgery process and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He was very proactive and also took the time during the surgery to by-pass where the stent had been placed to provide a more effective, longer term solution in that artery as well. Very professional, kind, comforting in explaining diagnosis and surgery
Had a consult with Dr Walts concerning a future surgery. He was very thorough in describing my condition, answered all questions, and was extremely patient. His RN Anne, has also been very helpful in answering questions and scheduling preop tests. I personally know 2 individuals that have had cardiac surgeries performed by Dr Walts. They have had great outcomes and their recovery has gone exactly how Dr Walts and his RN have described.
Very thorough follow up with after surgery questions. Felt comfortable that minor issues were addressed and answered.
