Another doctor recommended Dr. Luongo to me and assured me I'd be in good hands. Appointment times are actual appointment times, not broad concepts. I have been seen within moments of my arrival every single time without fail. When the Dr is in the exam room he is 100% in the room taking extra time to hear your issues and to go over possible treatments. Dr. Luongo is caring and understanding. He listens and answers your questions. He makes recommendations and orders testing and makes referrals as necessary and not frivolously. His follow-ups are wonderful. He asks about family. He always remembers other reasons you have visited the office. Dr. Luongo always returns calls and calls you with results and recommendations.
