They were always present and attentive Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

Yes Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help
