Beware of Pete the Plumber – If you are thinking about calling Pete the Plumber.....You should think twice. The service I received by this company was horrible to say the least. The work that they completed at my building cost me hundreds of dollars and was a complete waste of time, as I had to have a different company come out the next day and take care of the issue. Owner is not professional – During the course of their work I incurred damage to my apt. Initially they agreed to repairs but in the end refused to cover the cost and walked off the job, when the damage was reported. The owner is extremely unprofessional.
Spend your money elsewhere – Actually, I give ZERO stars! Do NOT spend your money with this company! Called on a Saturday to get the roots cleared from the sewer line, was told it would cost double ($180) because it's a weekend so I made an appt. on a Monday. Two people were sent out but only one person did the work. After 20 minutes of rooting with a very minimal amount of roots taken out, the machine malfunctioned and wouldn't recoil or even go back out properly.
