Very reasonably priced, very prompt service and great staff!!
These people, Mark B in particular for me turned a horrible experience on its head, the very definition of excellent customer service . A bolt failed and caused the wheel and axil to come loose driving them both into the wheel well of the car. Totally immobilizing the car. I have friends in the industry, combined they have over a 100 years of experience. They have never seen or heard of anything like this happening. Heading out on vacation and an hour into the trip we had a blowout on the RV. We limped along to Pete' Tire Barn in Orange. They helped us out fast and courteously. Plus I found out the owner is a fellow Lion! Good people, Good service.
You guys broke my grandparents studs on their van. And on top of all that you guys didn't bother to even tell them when my grandfather found out he asked you guys to fix it. You guys said no. And said if it did it would cost them $52 dollars. That's bs if you guys broke it you should fix it.... so they went some where else..worst customer service ever you're never going back to you guys again!!!
No long sales pitch, short and straight to the point. I don't know much about tires so don't try to educate me on them. I know what I want good tires at a great price. Thanks guys for the great service again.
