I work for Hartt Transportation Systems as driver. One of your techs was assigned to come out to fix a tire on my trailer on 6/17/17. He was polite, fast, and efficient. I was very happy with the work done. I will be bragging to my employer about him and your business.
Just bought 4 new tires last week and had to schedule an appointment for an alignment which couldn't be done for a week(fine). Brought in yesterday for alignment and they broke a cam adjustment bolt which they needed to order and wouldn't come in til the next day. I just picked up my car and they charged me not only for just the bolt they broke but the labor. When I argued the fact I shouldn't be paying i was told " wasn't our fault it broke". Tom at Pete's tire barn in Franklin Connecticut did a spectacular job selecting the right tires for my vehicle and the type of driving I do! Staff was courteous and the facilities were super clean.
Had 4 tires put on my truck this past Friday and headed to northern NH where there is 2 ft of snow! Thank goodness I got tires. Nice people and excellent customer service! Thank you guys and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

These people, Mark B in particular for me turned a horrible experience on its head, the very definition of excellent customer service . A bolt failed and caused the wheel and axil to come loose driving them both into the wheel well of the car. Totally immobilizing the car. I have friends in the industry, combined they have over a 100 years of experience. They have never seen or heard of anything like this happening.
