the Only place I bought tires from when I lived in New England. It’s like cheers when I walk in to the Orange,MA store. I know most of the staff and everyone is friendly and want to see you happy walking out of there. Pete has always been good to my family so that’s where we go!
Courteous, friendly, competent, honest folks that always seem to go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. While waiting to have my tire repaired, I observed a few other customers come and go. Three of them, when presented with the bill, spontaneously made comments that indicated they were surprised by how reasonable the price was. I joined that chorus when I was informed that there was no charge for my repair!
I live in Erving and choose to travel to Gardner because of the customer service and wonderful quality of work they do! Jeremy and all of the employees go above and far beyond!
The nicest staff I have ever met, and a lovely mechanic did fantastic work on my car! Highly recommend.
Helped me out this morning even though he was busy. Polite and didn't even charge as it was only a few minutes to check and refill pressure. Will buy here in the future if needed. Thanks!
I have spent a few thousand dollars at Petes. A few days ago I was leaving on a trip, had a screw in a tire. I stopped by Petes to get it plugged and was told it would be a couple hour wait at least. There was absolutely no cars in the garage. Will be my last viisit, and I will never send anyone there again !! By the way, my tire couldn't be fixed so I bought new ones !!!
