They do whatever they want. Repair things not asked. Charge $230 to plug in a vacuum line. Didn't even asked them to do it. Then make the customer feel stupid. Terrible terrible customer service.

I sent an online request about a Ford Edge and had a response from Chris Landsford within an hour. We worked the deal via text and then I went in to finalize the deal. This was the easiest car purchase that I have ever made. I could not be happier with my new car and the amazing features that it has. Thank you to Kunes of Sterling for everything.

I came in for an oil change and to look at a new car. Not a single employee was wearing a mask. Masks are not a political statement. They are about public health. I do not wish to do business with a company that doesn't respect my safety. Apparently they understand virus spread because they offered to sanitize my car interior. But this is also about aerosolized spread, especially indoors. I will be car shopping elsewhere.

Service department! Tire warning came on and they took me in immediately to check it out. They removed nail and patched tire in about 30 minutes. Greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!
