Worst place I've been people are rude, don't act like they want to be there and when you ask for help they act like your bothering them well Pet Smart it is and they are a whole lot nicer

The selection of stuff is good so long as it's something you can get yourself. If you need help getting a fish or other animal, be prepared to wait. And wait. And wait. Go ahead and tell someone that you need assistance, but it won't make a difference.

Horrbile, went with my daughter to get a few fish, noone was around. Then we found a pregant chick working there and i said can i get some help with fish, she said what do u want, i said some fish, she said ok which ones (ruddily). I told her i didnt know the names my daughter just wanted the ones she did. Then it took her 5 mins to come over and then tried to be all nice and lecture me on tank upkeep when i didnt even ask for her opinion.
