The ball pythons are in horrible shape. The temperature is around 90 F and the humidity is less than 20%. WTF?!!

The groomers were very sweet and so helpful when my Maltese mix got into some serious burs. She needed help and quick. They got us a quick appointment and did a great job. My baby was a much happier puppy after her clip and wash!

Recently I started using this store because of its proximity to my home. Compared to where I typically shop for my pet, I felt as though the dog food selection was minimal & unfairly overpriced. THE WORST customer service. I asked to see a 400$ ball python and was ready to actually buy it because it's one I've been looking for, and yet because they had 10 mins till close and they really didn't have time to get it out. I just wanted to make sure snake was healthy before purchase but no. Honestly they were standing at the register they were purely lazy. I'm very disappointed in the service , and I will wait to buy my snake from another retailer because of this. Really hope y'all can resolve this!
