I would stay as far away as humanly possible from this location. I can’t believe I referred people here for grooming. I would be ashamed to have my name attached to the workers and the level of so called customer service they provide.

I order things online and the lady said 2 times they dont carry money would be refunded and call back today she said its online doing on the online orders and they didnt want to refund any of the items I didnt get
Wendy is very knowledgeable and can work with many different dog personalities! She is amazing at making the dogs feel comfortable and learning.
I will say, all of the employees were very sweet and helpful. What happened was not any of the employees fault. My daughter keeps pet rats. We got a new rat from this location. A white one with red eyes. Within a week he started losing fur and I thought it was just the stress from adapting. Within 3 weeks he was dead. Now my daughter's rat that she had for 2.5 year is dead too from the same illness. I would assume that these rats would not be suitable for consumption for snakes or as pets. Very pet friendly atmosphere
They are awesome here I’m a truck driver and I had a delivery at Walmart dc and all the other Petcos didn’t have no openings for a haircut for my crazy man that goes everywhere with me even to restaurants to eat I was sooooooooooooooooo glad I called here and they did have a opening so I got him papered and the 2 ladies that were working the grooming great and super friendly and even the one at the checkout was super nice all in all I would most definitely come back here when I come through temple because all in all I had a ... read more
Ms. Tina who works in Grooming was an absolute joy! It was my Skyler’s first time getting groomed and she did a great job with a very feisty puppy lol. As a first time dog owner, I didn’t know what to expect but she made everything so easy. I live in Killeen but will gladly make the drive to Temple for my pet’s grooming. Ms. Tina is great at what she does and you can tell that she really loves her job and you don’t see that very often anymore in the customer service world! 💕
