the staff and certainly the manager are always rising to the occasion when special needs arise and we really appreciate that and they also seem to have the biggest inventory of dog wear and toys. If you're looking for something special like costumes this would probably be the place you're going to find it.

I went into Petco to get my dog Hustle groomed he is a Yorkie this is the second time I wasn’t satisfied with the grooming. The first time I said nothing but the second time I had to say something. I asked for them to cut his hair a half an inch they cut it 2 inches which made him look like a little rat so bad I didn’t even recognize my dog. I told them I was disappointed with the cut. Great staff. I want to give a shout-out to two staff who raise the bar on customer service. Jamie at the grooming center was super helpful, has an amazing rapport with animals, and, is undeniably genuine in dealing with customers. She went over and beyond in personal service. I can't imagine bringing my pet anywhere else for grooming. Amanda in the retail section knows the products extremely well and gave lots of great recommendations of products and new pet-owner advice. The manager angel was very nice and patient in finding some special cat treats for my cat. I don't come here that often but the last few times I've had great service and then there's other times were I haven't had good service. I've notice that people talk about the security but the guy working today was actually very helpful but the last time I was there this security guard wasn't helpful who's a young black guy and he could care less so Petco step up your game in this department if you could have security guard make sure t... read more
