Samantha and Gloria have taken great care of bam 💥 bam! I had started using petco when my previous local groomer wouldn’t return calls for appointments. They do a great job on his hair and provide great customer service . Even take extra special care of him being a senior dog. I highly recommend them

You jerks convinced my elderly aunt to buy two Betas, a single tank, and an extra amount of fish food. AND you informed her it was okay to put the Betas in the same tank. That's both mean to the fish, and a jerk thing to do to a customer. You can be sure we're going to have a discussion with the manager on duty on our next visit. That sales tactic is abhorrent
Very rude Manager (Norman). The dog groomer (Jackie) was being hateful to the dog she was grooming. I was astonished by what I witnessed. She had zero patience with the dog. When Norman spoke with her she started laughing. Norman came out and said she wasn't being mean to the dog. Fur parents beware. I will never go back. Petco Garland ROCKS!!!
Had phone call with the main ager, he was EXTREMELY rude. Called corporate and they were great and had him call me to apologize. He was even worse with his sorry/not sorry. Called corporate again. Again they were great but really can't do much. The other employees their are good to excellent. But that manager needs to go before I go to that store again.
