Muy mala atención de parte de la Manager Florencia, poco responsable con sus clientes, no está informada ni pretende estarlo, venden productos defectuosos y no sólo eso sino que abren equipos para utilizarlos en el grooming del petshop. El único capacitado para ser Manager fue Antony quien pudo resolver todo en un día.
Excelente atendimento e oferece tudo para nossos pets.
Butchered my dog’s hair and left gunk in both eyes. Charged for the “spa package” and didn’t brush her teeth, remove the hair in her ears, or shave her paws. To top it off, had to wait over 30 minutes passed the promised finish time. Was told she’d be ready by 5 and she wasn’t “ready” till 5:30. (She was never really ready because the job wasn’t finished.)
The best full service grooming for my dog!!!!! I give a 5 stars to Petco!!!!!
This place has horrible service, can never find help, even to pay but today the guy working in the fish Dept on South Beach in Miami Beach has totally made me decide I’m never going back and I go there a lot because it’s convenient. I pick out a saltwater fish and he starts to get it for me and then says, I can’t because I was supposed to mark it on hold and forgot because a fellow employee WANTS TO BUY IT!!!??? Really? How unethical, but I’m sure that’s beyond their comprehension that the customer is supposed to come first ... read more
