They don't handle their hamsters so theyre afraid, mean, and bitey. It's downright cruel. I left almost in tears.
This was my first time having a pet groomed at Petco. Marion was very nice and loving towards my fur baby "Sneakers"! He was getting his nails clipped and a wash when Marion told me it would take 2 hours my heart sank. But because of the way I saw how Sneakers and Marion got along I felt comfortable leaving him. Sneakers was ready in the time frame Marion gave me. He looked VERY HANDSOME!! I would take "sneakers: there again. Also the price is very GOOD!! Great store with lots of awesome pet toys and supplies. Great customer service.
Only person knowledgeable in the fish department is a young lady by the name of Sabrina. Will not shop there unless she is working.
