Ozzy had a bath and nail trim today. The staff is wonderful and always help me because I am disabled and can not walk him on my own. They come to my car and get him and bring him out when they are done. I can't say thank-you enough.
I've never had a bad experience here! Jason, an employee of this store (I'm unsure of his position there) helped me out so much tonight with an exchange from North Aurora's location! He was very polite and personable, and was a huge help loading the new kitty tower into my car. Thank you, Jason, for all your help!
