Never buying another pet from here. This is the third lizard I have had that has gotten sick and died within a few months of purchasing from Petco. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on tanks, lighting and heating, all different types of foods and calcium’s, and have now had 2 leos and a Chinese water dragon pass. My Leo that I got from a breeder has never been sick in his life and is now 6 years old. Took my Sammy to get groomed and they did an amazing job. He looks great and they were very nice about informing me about how to keep him looking good, and healthy too. They are always very kind. I'm so happy to go there for all sammys grooming needs. They are truly the best in town. Thank you <3
I had a bad experience at another petco years ago with grooming. The groomer nicked my dogs ear and never told me, I never went back. Cannot be more thankful for your employee Luis, he was so very helpful with grooming my 13 year old dog. Put me at ease, and treated my Bella like his own. Give that man a raise, he more than deserves it!!
I took my pup, Dakota, in for a haircut, nail trim, and a wash. Joe was very nice, courteous, and I felt safe leaving her in his care. I picked her up, and she was smiling and happy. My dog isn't the best with new people, or strangers in general and he did wonderful handling her, I knew she had a good time with him once she warmed up to him. Went for Vetco vaccinations for my dogs. Great vet and techs, waiting in line is worth the savings.
Everyone is always so helpful and nice i have never had a bad experience with dekalb petco
We go there to get Bella and Brutus as nails done and Joe is so very good with them. We go to the Dekalb Illinois location
Well done folks. We took our little Charlie in to get his nails trimmed. We were in and out quickly and they treated Charlie with TLC :-)
