There are two Petco’s on the east side of Harrisburg, both have web pages that say they offer grooming every day, yet today I found that neither of them offer grooming on Monday or Tuesday. This is not a good marketing plan. I understand that you may need to schedule a day or so for staffing purposes, but at no time should they both be on the same day, and they should definitely be appropriately noted on the website. Thank goodness for PetSmart.
I like getting my dog groomed there. They do a nice job. But why is it so hard to make an appt? Cant we get with the times and be able to book online? I just called and was disconnected 3 times...
Great job making my daughter cry just because your employees can't keep shelves in order. Even better when your cashier completely loses it at the register. This store has gone down the drain.
This store is hurrendous. The goldfish I "adopted" with no warranty has anchor worm and gave all my fish this disease. Now no one in the fish dept even picks up the phone. So rude.
